Claire's Court CCF applied for a grant from The Connaught Trust to purchase equipment for their young cadets and to further enhance their development in CCF training activities.
The grant funding paid for an Archery training course and a range of Archery equipment - Bows, Targets, Arrows, etc.
The equipment will be used frequently on training days thus giving a great cadet experience within the expanding cadet force, formed in 2021 as part of the (CEP) Cadet Expansion Programme.
In addition, it will help engage their younger students during recruitment days which will hopefully boost
numbers in future years.
