Wiltshire ACF at Arnhem 2025

In August, Cadets and CFAVs from across the county joined over 30,000 people from around the world for the 78th Airborne Wandeltocht - the world’s largest one-day commemorative march, honouring the heroes of Arnhem 1944, travelling to Harskamp via coach & Ferry a few days prior to the march.
The Connaught Trust granted £4500 to support this tour, which subsidised places for a number of cadets. The Wiltshire ACF Commandant, Colonel Peter White extended his sincere appreciation to the Connaught Trust for its generous grant funding, which played a significant role in making the trip possible for the cadets.
Without this financial support, some cadets may not have been able to participate, and we are genuinely grateful for the continued backing.
